Woody, spicy, and fresh smell of juniper conceals a rich history of traditional use and beneficial effects on our health. For centuries, it has been used for both physical and spiritual cleansing, treating infections and healing wounds, liver problems, relief from arthritis and urinary tract infections. In the past, it served as protection against plague, epidemics, and contagious diseases.
Use in ailments:
* Fear, stress, tension, nightmares: by diffusion, applying on the feet.
* Skin irritation, injury, acne: to affected areas.
* Arthritis, muscle pain, cramps: to affected areas.
* Detoxification: 2-3 drops in the capsule.
* Bladder inflammation: every 2 hours on the bladder area.
* Kidney stones: to the kidney and urinary tract.
* Alcoholism: inhale when needing alcohol.
