This simple recipe consists of coconut oil, shea, and cocoa butter. Adding essential oils will further enhance its effect. You can get inspired by this recipe or create your own blend of essential oils. We recommend using a maximum of 3 different oils.
Suitable oils are for example: Peppermint that has a cooling effect and helps with swelling. Lemongrass and citrus oils that refresh and revive tired feet. Pine promotes blood circulation, warms cold feet, and relaxes muscles. Lavender soothes and relaxes the legs. Tea Tree has anti-inflammatory and disinfecting effects.
