Turmeric has a strong spicy aroma. It is an essential plant in traditional Ayurvedic treatments in India. Turmeric root and essential oil have a long history that has inspired the modern use of turmeric today. Turmeric essential oil is obtained by the steam distillation of the turmeric root.
It can be used for:
* Cancer, tumors, autoimmune diseases: 1-2 drops in a capsule.
* Joint pain, bruising, arthritis, gout, rheumatism: apply 1-2 drops to specific areas several times a day.
* Fungal, bacterial and viral diseases: Apply 1-2 drops to the affected areas several times a day
* Alzheimer’s, stroke: 1-2 drops several times a day, inhalation from the palms, apply to the feet and along the spine.
* Cleansing blood and lymph, detoxification of the liver and gallbladder: 1-2 drops several times a day as part of a detox, inhale from the palms, apply to the forehead, feet and around the spine.
* Intestinal parasites: 1-2 drops twice a day or more times if needed.
* Depression, discouragement, tension and anxiety: by diffusion, or apply to the back of the head and along the spine.
* Diabetes, metabolism, high cholesterol: 1-2 drops twice a day, on the feet.
* Cough, breathing problems and bronchitis: on the chest and spine, 1-2 drops in a capsule.
