* Chronic joint and spine pain caused by poor blood circulation and stress: on the spine and feet as needed, 2-4 times a day.
* Feeling of detachment: by diffusion, on pulse points and the area of the heart.
* Skin imperfection, high blood pressure: to the affected areas.
* Lack of self-acceptance and self-esteem, feeling of insecurity: by diffusion, on the heart area and pulse points.
* Irregular activity of the hypothalamus and pituitary gland: on the spine, on the connection of the skull and neck, on the feet, on the forehead, 2-4 times a day.
* Healing wounds after surgery: to affected areas.
* Low testosterone production, male fragrance: combine with Fennel and apply to pulse points.
* Overeating caused by anxiety: by diffusion and on pulse points.
